To use the .torrent files from this web site, or just in general, you'll need a software called a BitTorent Client such as (and recommended)
µTorrent (for Windows)
Azureus (for both Mac and Windows, etc. Requires Java)
kTorrent (for Linux)
It has a lot of help and guides on their sites, if you need further assistance with torrents, see here for guides
Make sure that the files download 100% before you try to use them
Additionally, sometimes when using Internet Explorer, once you click on the torrent it will automatically run µTorrent (or whichever client you decide to use) which can cause the .torrent to be placed in Internet Explorer's temporary file folder, which later get deleted and cause µTorrent to give out an error, so use Firefox instead. Alternatively, you can use Opera but if it's higher than Opera 9, you'll have to disable it's default BitTorrent download ability by going to the address bar, type:
opera:config
Then go to the BitTorrent settings and uncheck the Enable box
Both of these file types are audio formats, that enable the original source audio to remain intact; unlike MP3 which is a loosy format, both FLAC and SHN preserve the quality of the audio by simply compressing it, and not altering it or removing parts (as mp3, wma, and aac-mp4 do). To learn more on these or to download them please go to the following links.
FLAC (install this, and it will add the plug-in to winamp)
To play these formats in your players, you'll probably need a plug-in, however FLAC is already placed in both WinAmp and Foobar200.
